West Sussex Funkateer
Rachel started dancing at the age of three, learning ballet, modern and jazz technique and later, learning contemporary, hip hop and street jazz.
Her love of performing led her to join a stage school in her home town of Exeter with whom she performed in many well known musicals. She pursued a career in dance and studied dance at A-level and then went on to train further at the University of Chichester where she received a BA (Hons) in Dance.
While at college, Rachel toured with a Cabaret act, which performed routines every week. Her natural love of dance led her to cheerleading with the Surrey Angels, learning stunts and gymnastics as well as dance routines.
Rachel has performed and won national and international competitions against other squads. She loves cheerleading and has just been asked to be a cheerleader for the Saracens RFC.
